{"id":2272,"date":"2021-01-07T19:53:33","date_gmt":"2021-01-07T19:53:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/honduras.waterforpeople.org\/?page_id=2272"},"modified":"2021-05-21T16:35:02","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T16:35:02","slug":"evaluacion-y-monitoreo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/honduras.waterforpeople.org\/en\/evaluacion-y-monitoreo\/","title":{"rendered":"Monitoring and evaluation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>\n\t\t\tMONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tWhat is the Evaluation and Monitoring System?\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<p>Before and after the implementation of the projects, Water For People in Honduras, together with partners and allies, annually carry out the evaluation and monitoring of service levels using the tool of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/globalsiasar.org\/\">SIASAR<\/a>.In this system the following are addressed:<ul><li>Coverage<\/li><li>Quality<\/li><li>Amount<\/li><li>Continuity<\/li><li>Sustainability levels (administration, operation and maintenance) of water in communities, schools and health centers in our coverage municipalities.<\/li><\/ul>Access to sanitation services in homes is also monitored. The information collected is analyzed to understand progress, learning processes in communities with access to water and sanitation, and actions to consider in communities without access to the indicated services.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<p>SIASAR Global is a joint initiative started by the governments of Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama that quickly expanded to other regions.
